Parent-Teacher Meetings

The parent-teacher meetings are on

Thursday 16^th October – 3:30pm – 5:00pm

Tuesday 21^st October – 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Appointments will be available to book from 7:00pm on Thursday 9^th October 2025.

To make your appointments please login at: https://parents-booking.co.uk/medstead

To login you will need to enter your name, your child's name ([First Name] [Last Name]) and your child's date of birth. The login details you enter must match those we have on record for you.

After you have made your appointments, you can choose to print or e-mail confirmation.

If you cannot login please contact the school office.
N.B. The email address field on the login page is only used to send your appointment confirmation. If you have problems logging in, it will not be because of the e-mail address you entered.

Dear Families

It’s time for the Autumn disco! Tickets for Friday 14^th November 2025 are now available to order via this electronic form: https://forms.gle/64h22RFnjPKSwCWK8

Tickets cost:

£4 for each KS1 child and includes 2 items of choice from the tuck shop.

£3.50 for each KS2 child with the option to bring their own money (maximum £1) to purchase items independently from the tuck shop. £1 is enough for your child(ren) to choose between 2 and 10 items, depending on their choice.

Water and squash are freely available.

Times are:

• KS1: 5.00 – 6.00pm
• KS2: 6.15 – 7.30pm

Within the order form there is the option to submit one song request per child and register to volunteer. All song requests need to be in by the end of Friday 7^th November to allow time to compile the playlist. 

If possible, please use the electronic form, however paper forms are available in the office. Please complete all forms by Tuesday 11^th November to allow time to compile class lists for registration.
