Hi Larch Class
This week we are beginning our revision of the five vowel sounds, A, E, I, O, U. These should sound very familiar as it was only a few weeks ago we completed a revision week of split digraphs. We will be looking at the split digraph sounds again as it all forms part of our revision process.
There are a selection of worksheet activities to choose from each day. These are to give structure and focus and you only need to complete one or two each day depending on how well you think your phonics learning is going. Don't worry if you have completed a sheet before; you can redo it to see how well your learning has progressed or feel free to complete your own phonics activities.
Friday's session is again the revision games session, I have attached a link to the phonics play game, however, there whole website is full of amazing games and activities to support the learning of phonics and it is currently all free using the following details so have a look around.
You may log in with the following details:
username: jan21
password: home
The username: march20 with the password: home will also work as we know that this will still be on lots of existing home learning documents and web pages that remain from the previous lockdown.
Also on Friday, or you can complete this throughout the week, is a phoneme spotter game. Can you look though a newspaper or magazine and cut out all the words and/or pictures that contain this week's 'A' sound?
You only need to upload one piece of learning per day for phonics to Tapestry.
Enjoy your learning!
